By plane

  • Brussels Airport (BRU): 2h by car

  • Charleroi Airport (CRL): 1h30 by car

  • Luxembourg Airport (LUX): 1h20 by car

Depending on the amount of people coming by plane, we will organise shuttles from the airports.

By train

From Brussels, you can take a train to Libramont (roughly 2h) - we will organise shuttles from there if needed.

From Luxembourg central station, you can take a train to Libramont (roughly 1h30).

We are willing to make things easy for you, so feel free to reach out if needed.


Fees

85€ - Player fee for the full 3 days.

75€ - Player fee for the Mixed tournament only.

The fee includes all meals except your drinks. This means all your meals from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon are included (if you come for the full 3 days) or from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon (if you come for the Mixed tournament only).

Extra snacks such as our signature Belgian waffles as well as all drinks apart from tap water will be available for purchase.

We will do our best to accommodate all dietary preferences ;-)

accommodation

A lovely camping along the Semois is included in the fee. The camping is located a field away from the Fly me Village, surrounded by trees, to make sure you spend a good night rest while your friends are partying like crazy. You will need to bring your sleeping gear with you.

Depending on your budget, there are plenty of hotels, walking distance from the fields (15min) in Bouillon.

A bit further and cheaper, located 30 minutes walk from the site, the Auberge de Jeunesse de Bouillon (youth hostel).


Food

There will be food options for everyone, just make sure to mention it during the registration process.

We kindly ask you to bring your own plate and cutlery. Eco-cups will be available onsite.


Deadlines

06 May - Registration closes.

15 May - Selected teams announced.

1 June - First payment is due to confirm your spot (3 player fees).

1 July - All fees are due.

You will still be able to add extra players after this date, no worries !


Refund policy

If your team cancels 8 weeks before: 100% refund.

If your team cancels 4 weeks before: The confirmation fee is lost.

If your team cancels 2 weeks before: 50% of the total fees are lost.

If your team cancels 1 week before: 75% of the total fees are lost.

If your teams cancels the week before: 100% of the totals fees are lost.
